Tytuł: Implementation of Bulk-Driven current differencing transconductance amplifier (BD-CDTA)

Streszczenie: This paper presents a new high performance Bulk-Driven current differencing transconductance amplifier (BD-CDTA), a recently reported active element, especially suitable for analog signal processing applications. The proposed BD-CDTA provides high output impedances at port Z and X, excellent input/output current tracking. The proposed BD-CDTA circuit operates at supply voltages of ± 0.6V. PSPICE simulation results using TSMC 0.18 μm CMOS process model are included to verify the expected values.
